- Search the app store and download the Blippar app. Android or iTunes.
- Open the app and skip the sign in. Use the app to scan the photo above of the Tootsie Roll wrapper. Hold steady and give it a few seconds. If you don't have another screen to pull up the photo on then find a real wrapper that you have and scan that, it will work as well.
- The Tootise Pop game will show up. Play the game. You must get a score of 300 in order to get the free pop. Tip: don't try aiming at each star. Just point the arrow a little to the right and a little to the left and shoot away. Good Luck!
- Once you get 300 points you click after the game is over and enter your info. You can do this 5 times, for a maximum of 5 free pops per household.
