Fresh Potatoes Lawsuit Settlement - Get Money Back If You Ever Bought Potatoes between October 14, 2004 and April 10, 2015 in one of the following States: AZ, CA, FL, IA, KS, MA, MI, MN, NV, NY, NC, TN, VT, WI. This case was brought against Potato Growers alleging they colluded to restrict the supply of Potatoes thereby making the prices higher for consumers. Because of these they have been required to pay out $5.5 Million Dollars in penalties. Everybody who signs up will get a share of the money, they do not say how much you will get. It may be only a few dollars or more, still worth signing up for it. Must sign up before 10/16/15.
