Starting Sunday 8/12 Target will have the Mead 4 Pocket Portfolio folders on sale for $0.50 Each. There are currently two different $1/2 Mead Five Star coupons available to print. Print each coupon two times (click back after printing the first copy) and you will end up 4 coupons and 8 free folders. As well this coupon was in the 8/5 Red Plum Coupon insert so if you have that you can get even more. These usually go for $1.50 each so its a great deal, especially on free school supplies!
