4. You will then get another email that says "Your Gold Card". Scroll all the way to the bottom of that email and you will find your voucher code there. Copy that code  
5. If you want the $5 Check then CLICK HERE and enter your voucher code, then on the next page scroll down past the magazines and then fill in your info. They will mail you a check
6. If you want the magazine then CLICK HERE, enter your code,  choose your magazine and you are done.
