This is what I received in the email:
"We will be selecting 300 U.S.A. participants to receive a full sized new cosmetic product to keep. The selected participants will be selected at random. You will have an approximately a 1 in 3 chance of being a selected participant that will receive the cosmetic product. Products will be mailed out by July 15, 2013"
