Prizes

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive an “Xbox For Life” prize package consisting of one (1) Xbox 360 4GB console with Kinect Sensor; ten (10) Xbox Kinect Games awarded in the form of a check in the amount of $600, a 12-month Xbox LIVE Gold Membership; one (1) Xbox 360 Wireless Controller; one (1) Xbox 320GB Media Hard Drive; and $25,000.00 awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner or to winner’s parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence. The $25,000.00 for future Xbox fun is based on a winner 13 years of age, a life expectancy of 73 years, and an annual inflation rate of 3%, and proposes a new Xbox Console every seven (7) years; five (5) Xbox games each year; and an Xbox LIVE Gold Membership each year for the life of the winner. The actual age of the winner will have no effect in a determination of the value of the prize. TOTAL APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”) OF THE GRAND PRIZE: $26,150.00.
FIRST PRIZES: Two hundred (200) First Prize winners will each receive a Xbox 360 4GB with Kinect sensor and a Kinect Sports Game. ARV of each First Prize: $339.98.
SECOND PRIZES: Three hundred (300) Second Prize winners will each receive the Xbox Kinect Sports: Ultimate Collection. ARV of each Second Prize: $39.99.
THIRD PRIZES: Three hundred (300) Third Prize winners will each receive a one month Xbox LIVE Gold Subscription to be awarded in the form of a gift card (subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer). ARV of each Third Prize: $8.50.
FOURTH PRIZES: Five thousand (5,000) Fourth Prize winners will each receive a coupon good for a free single-serve or share size Skittles, Starburst or Life Savers Gummies Candy up to $1.89. ARV of each Fourth Prize: $1.89. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $118,143.00.
