- Click anywhere in the box to get started.
- Keep clicking on the boxes as they come up. Some might not load all the way, others you may need to click the arrow in the middle or the letter icons on the bottom. It should be a total of 13 clicks. Even if the screen doesnt load all the way just click in the box and it will go to the next one.
- When you get to the last screen click on the little present on the bottom right hand corner. See the photo above. You will then be able to fill out your info.
- You will be sent back to the same page you were on after you submit your info. There is NO further confirmation.
