- There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded. Grand Prize will consist of the following (subject to availability and to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion): one (1) trip to Los Angeles, CA OR New York, NY (the “Trip”) for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”).
- There will be fifty (50) Second Prizes awarded. Each Second Prize will consist of the following (subject to availability and to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion): one (1) Visa gift card with an Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of twenty-five dollars ($25).
- There will be fifty (50) First Prizes awarded. Each First Prize will consist of the following (subject to availability and to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion): one (1) Visa gift card with an ERV of fifty dollars ($50)
- Entry Dates: The “Laugh and Win” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on July 29, 2013 at 12:01 A.M. ET and end on August 18, 2013 at 11:59 P.M. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).
- Entry Limit: Limit one (1) Entry per person/Facebook account per day during the Sweepstakes Period.
- Eligibility: Open only to persons who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and the age of majority in their state of residence as of July 29, 2013, and who are permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia and are physically located and residing therein. Residents of the states of Alaska and Hawaii and residents of Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories and possessions are not eligible to enter or win this Sweepstakes. If an entrant is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he or she must obtain consent from his/her parent and/or legal guardian prior to entering the Sweepstakes and submitting any personally identifiable information to Sponsors. Officers, directors, and employees of Sweepstakes Entities (as defined below), members of these persons’ immediate families (spouses and/or parents, children, and siblings, and their spouses, regardless of where they reside), and/or persons living in the same households as such persons (whether or not related thereto) are ineligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entities, as referenced herein, shall include Sponsors (as defined above), their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies, their administrative, advertising, and promotion agencies, and any other entity or person involved in the development, administration, promotion, or implementation of the Sweepstakes.
