- HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, there are four (4) ways to enter; 1) Facebook: visit the Matrix page on Facebook at www.facebook.com/matrix and “like” the page (if you haven’t done so already). Then, click the Sweepstakes tab and follow the directions to complete the entry form provided and upload an original photo of yours that describes what makes you happy (collectively, an “Entry”). 2) Instagram: Using an established Instagram username, visit and follow @matrix (if you are not already following), and upload an original photo of yours that describes what makes you happy and include the hashtag #MakesMeHappy in the caption to receive one (1) Entry. 3) Twitter: visit www.twitter.com/matrixfamily, log on to your Twitter account, follow @matrixfamily (if you are not already following), and upload an original photo of yours that describes what makes you happy and include the hashtag #MakesMeHappy to receive one (1) Entry. OR 4) Email: To receive one (1) entry without using a social media account or uploading a photo, send an email with the subject line; “What #MakesMeSmile Sweepstakes Entry” to connect@mymatrixfamily.com and include your complete name, mailing address, date of birth, a short description of what makes you happy and email address in the body copy of the email. As well, a photo showing what makes you happy is required.
