Five (5) Grand Prizes – Winner’s choice of one of the following two (2) options:

Grand Prize Option # 1 - One (1) Crazy Good™ Ultimate Access Pass™ – 2014 National Pass (the “Pass”). The Pass entitles the Pass holder plus three (3) guests access to Live Nation produced concerts at participating Live Nation owned and operated venues in the United States.

Entry Dates: The Kellogg’s™ Pop-Tarts™ Crazy Good™ Online Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is an online Grand Prize Sweepstakes and Weekly Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes begins at 11:00:00 AM (ET) on 5/17/13 and ends at 10:59:59 AM (ET) on 8/29/13 (“Promotion Period”). There will be five (5) Grand Prize Sweepstakes winners for the Promotion Period to be determined by random drawing from among all eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes; and one hundred (100) Weekly Sweepstakes winners for each Week of the Promotion Period to be determined by random drawing from among all eligible entries received for each Week. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a “Week” is defined as a seven (7) consecutive calendar day period during the Promotion Period starting on a Friday at 12:00:00 AM (ET) and ending on a Thursday at 11:59:59 PM (ET), except for 5/17/13 when the Week starts at 11:00:00 AM (ET), and 8/29/13 when the Week ends at 10:59:59 AM (ET).
