- One (1) Grand Prize: Sponsor will host one (1) WWE Be a STAR anti-bullying rally in the name of one (1) Grand Prize Winner at: (i) the school at which the winner or winner’s child attends or where winner teaches, as the case may be (hereinafter the winner’s “School”) (or other location approved by the winner’s school district); or (ii) at a local community center or other public meeting place in the event winner does not attend, have a child attending or teach at a recognized public or private school, on a date and time determined by WWE and subject to approval by the winner’s school district or other applicable authorities. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $250.
- Five (5) Second Prizes: Five (5) Second Prize Winners will each have Sponsor provide a $1,000 grant in his or her name towards new computers at the Second Prize Winner’s School or a local community center or other public facility in the event winner does not attend, have a child attending or teach at a recognized public or private school (each a “Computer Grant”). Computer Grants shall be used in the sole discretion of the grantee School. ARVof each Second Prize: $1,000; total ARV of all Second Prizes: $5,000.
- Five (5) Third Prizes: Five (5) Third Prize Winners will each receive a WWE Be-a-STAR branded laptop computer. ARV of each Third Prize: $250.00; total ARV of all Third Prizes: $1,250.00.
- One Hundred (100) Fourth Prizes: One hundred (100) Fourth Prize Winners will each receive a WWE Be a STAR backpack filled with assorted school supplies. ARV of each Fourth Prize: $25.39; total ARV of all Fourth Prizes: $2,539.00
- Entry Limit:: Limit one entry per person, per unique email address.
- Entry Dates: Entries must be received between 12:01 a.m. (ET) on August 5, 2013, when Sweepstakes begins, and 11:59 p.m. (ET) on September 6, 2013 when Sweepstakes ends.
- Eligibility: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and the District of Columbia, who are: (i) thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of entry; and (ii) if over the age of 18, a state-certified teacher of children between the ages of 6 and 18, or the parent or legal guardian of a childen between the ages of 6 and 18. Participants who have not yet reached the age of majority in their state of residence must have their entry submitted by their parent or legal guardian. In such case, the parent or legal guardian will serve as the authorized entrant. Entrants must have Internet access as of August 4, 2013. Employees, officers or directors (including WWE performing talent) of World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (“WWE” or “Sponsor”), and its subsidiaries, affiliates (i.e., entities controlling, controlled by or under common control with, any of the foregoing entities), promotion and advertising agencies and anyone involved in the Sweepstakes’ development or execution, the immediate family members (meaning spouses, parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses) of such employees, officers and directors and members of the households of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible. By taking part in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from this Sweepstakes any person it believes has intentionally violated these Rules. Sweepstakes subject to all federal, state and local laws.
