Game Code With Purchase: You will receive one game piece and/or 8-digit code (depending on method of purchase) for every $30.00 (post-tax; for purchases outside Kohl’s stores, exclusive of shipping/handling) up to $1,200.00 spent at any Kohl’s stores in the U.S., Kohl’s kiosks, or online at www.kohls.com during the Promotion Period (while supplies last). (If total amount of purchase is not an exact increment of $30.00, Sponsor will round down purchase so that consumer receives lesser number of game pieces or 8-digit codes.
How to Get a Free Kohl’s Game Code: For an 8-digit code which may or may not be delivered via game piece (while supplies last), mail a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Mail-in requests must be postmarked by 9/3/13 and received by 9/9/13. One randomly selected game piece and/or 8-digit code per valid request; whether person submitting request will receive a game piece or 8-digit code will also be determined at random. Limit forty (40) requests per person per day during the Promotion Period. Each request must be made in a separate mailing envelope.
Certain Newspapers of general circulation dated August 4th and August 8th will carry an advertising piece redeemable at any Kohl’s location for a randomly selected game piece until August 13th while supplies last. Original advertising piece (not a copy required) for redemption.
Approximately 84,101,220 game pieces/8-digit codes will be distributed nationwide.
