- Prizes:
- ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Opportunity to nominate a tax exempt K-12 school where the Sponsor will donate up to $5,000. Sponsor will donate $2 for each individual who registers for the Sweepstakes, up to a maximum of $5,000. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $5,000.
- TWENTY-ONE (21) FIRST PRIZE (ONE (1) PER DAILY ENTRY PERIOD): A $200 Apple Gift Card (terms and conditions apply). ARV: $200.
- Entry Limit: You may enter one (1) time during the Promotion Period.
- Entry Dates: The Sweepstakes begins on August 26, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on September 15, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). There will be twenty-one (21) daily entry periods during the Promotion Period (each a "Daily Entry Period"), each starting at 12:00 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59 p.m. ET on each day during the Promotion Period. There is also a Grand Prize entry period (the "Grand Prize Entry Period") which coincides with the Promotion Period.
- Eligibility: TransUnion School Spirit Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of TransUnion Interactive, Inc., SoMe Connect a division of SoMe Digital Media, LLC, ePrize, Inc., and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon satisfying all requirements set forth herein.
