- Prizes:
- 5 daily prizes will be awarded each weekday of the Contest Period (for a total of 315 daily prizes between August 1 and October 31, 2013). Each daily prize is open to all eligible entrants and will consist of the following components:
- One (1) Max & Ruby™ or Franklin and Friends™ backpack
- One (1) TreehouseTV™ “Favourite Episodes” DVD
- One (1) Treehouse™ Kids Supplements growth chart
- Two (2) easy-reading children’s books
- Three (3) Treehouse Kids Supplements $1 coupons
- Of the two (2) available grand prizes, one grand prize will be awarded to Canadian residents, the other to residents of the United States.Each grand prize will consist of the following components:Round trip economy airfare for four (4) people from an international gateway airport (to be used by the grand prize winner and his or her guest(s), which shall include at least two (2) custodial parents or legal guardians, and two (2) children) to Orlando, Florida

- Entry Limit:: Maximum one (1) entry per person per day can be submitted.
- Entry Dates: between 12:00:00 am ET on August 1, 2013 and 11:59:59 pm ET on October 31, 2013
- Eligibility: Employees of WN Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (“Sponsor”), Treehouse TV a division of YTV Canada, Inc. (“Treehouse”), SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment Inc. (“Seaworld”) (Treehouse and Seaworld are referred to as the “Prize Providers”), the independent judging organization and any of their respective affiliates, and franchisees, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies (“Contest Entities”) and each of their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are ineligible to enter or win. Contest is subject to all applicable state, federal, provincial and municipal laws. None of the Prize Providers, their respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies (the “Prize Provider Releasees”) are responsible for the promotion, administration, or execution of this Contest. Contest entrants are providing information directly to the Sponsor and agree to release the Prize Provider Releasees from any and all liability arising in connection with the Contest. including without limitation any injury, loss or liability of any kind with respect to or resulting from the development and execution of the Contest.
