- Prizes: One hundred fifty (150) Mayhem T-shirts. ARV of each T-shirt: $20. A total of 750 Mayhem Ringtones - choice of two "Mayhem Ring" or "Mommy"
- Entry Limit: Limit three (3) entries per email address per day for the duration of the Promotion Period
- Entry Dates: The Promotion begins on September 9, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on October 31, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").
- Eligibility: The Allstate "Mayhem Mystery Trunk" Promotion ("Promotion") is open to legal residents of the United States of America and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the date of entry. The Promotion will consist of a sweepstakes. The following are not eligible for the Promotion: (1) employees, agents and directors of Allstate Insurance Company ("Sponsor"), Aspen Marketing Services ("Administrator") and each of their parent, subsidiary, successors, assignees, and affiliated companies, and their respective advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the "Promotion Parties"); (2) persons providing support services to any sales agent of Allstate Insurance Company or its parent, subsidiaries, or affiliate companies (whether those persons are employed by agent or not); and (3) the "immediate family members" and/or "household members" of any of the persons set forth in (1) or (2) above. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months per year. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
