- Prizes: Two-hundred (200) Prize Winners (ten (10) Prize Winners per Daily Entry Period) will each receive a BIC Soleil Shave & Trim pack (ARV: $7.50). Prize cannot be sold, transferred or bartered in whole or in part and no substitutions or cash equivalents allowed, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All details of the Prize shall be determined solely by Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize is $7.50. ARV of all Prizes is $1,500.
- Entry Limit: You may return each day during the Sweepstakes Period and enter again by following steps a-g outlined above. The Sweepstakes Period is comprised of twenty (20) separate daily entry periods (each, a “Daily Entry Period”). Each Daily Entry Period begins at 12:00:00 A.M. ET and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. ET that same calendar weekday. Non-winning entries will not be included among the entries for subsequent Daily Entry Periods. Limit of one (1) entry per person/email address per Daily Entry Period throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
- Entry Dates: This sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) sponsored by BIC USA Inc. (“Sponsor”), will run on weekdays beginning Monday, September 16, 2013 at 12:00:00 A.M. ET through Friday, October 11, 2013 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
- Eligibility: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, agents, officers, directors and members of Sponsor, Source Marketing, LLC (“Administrator”) and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, advertising and sweepstakes agencies and anyone involved in the Sweepstakes' development or execution, and the immediate family members (meaning spouses, parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses, grandparents and grandchildren) and members of the households of such employees, agents, officers, directors and are not eligible to enter or win a prize in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify from this Sweepstakes any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
