- Prizes: Grand Prize (1): A 3 day/2 night trip for four (4) to Nashville, TN for a meet & greet with Mike Wolfe (subject to availability). Grand Prize trip includes round-trip coach-class air transportation from the major airport nearest the winner’s home city to Nashville, TN, round-trip ground transportation between airport and hotel, and two (2) nights hotel accommodations (based on quad occupancy and availability) (ARV: $4,570.00). First Prize (100 total) A Sponsor-selected Capri-Sun Pickers Pack, including Sponsor-selected messenger bag, magnifying glass, gloves, bandana, flashlight, journal, pen, t-shirt, Kid Pickers book, and carabineer(ARV: $44.64 each)
- Entry Limit: There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person for the entire Contest Perio
- Entry Dates: The Capri-Sun Kid Pickers Contest (the “Contest”) begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 6, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 15, 2013 (the “Contest Period”).
- Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 48 Contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, 13 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of Kraft Foods Group, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (the “Administrator”), Walmart, their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively the “Sponsor and its Administrators”), and their affiliates and each of their respective employees, shareholders, directors, officers, members, assigns and agents and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate or win.
- How to enter:
- During the Contest Period, you can enter by visiting see.walmart.com/summercreations (the “Site”). To enter, follow all prompts and instructions on the Site to register and upload a photo of your Pick (a Pick is an old item or artifact. Good places to find these objects are at garage and yard sales, secondhand stores, collectors shops, auctions, antique stores, flea markets, or your own house) (the “Photograph”) to receive one (1) entry. The entrant must be the only person depicted in the Photograph. Each entrant must also submit a witty caption/short essay (the “Caption”) for his/her Photograph (150 words maximum). Photograph and Caption shall be referred to herein, collectively, as the “Entry” or “Entry Materials”, and the person uploading and submitting the Entry will be deemed the “Entrant”. All Entries will be judged to determine one (1) Grand Prize Winner and one hundred (100) First Prize Winners. There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person for the entire Contest Period. Entries must be in English. By entering, you understand that your Entry, in whole or in part, may (in Sponsor’s sole discretion) be posted on websites, the Site, other social media sites and/or other Sponsor-selected media, for up to one year after the Contest end date. All Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on October 15, 2013 to be eligible. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by Entrants’ online service will apply. Automated, script, macro or robotic Entries submitted by organizations will be disqualified.
- Entry Requirements: In order to be entered into the Contest, Entrants must comply with registration instructions when submitting their Entry, and with these Official Rules. The Photograph must be in one of the following formats: gif, jpg, png, bmp, tif format and no larger than 5 MB in file size. The Caption must be 150 words or less. The Entry may not contain obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory or inappropriate images or text including but not limited to nudity, acts of violence or acts that appear to cause harm or are illegal/dangerous, as determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any Entry Material or portion thereof that, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, is obscene, profane, sexually explicit, lewd, defamatory, discriminatory, derogatory of any sexual orientation, ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, portrays Sponsor’s or any company’s brand in a negative way, contains any content owned by third parties or otherwise violates or infringes (or may infringe) any copyright, trademark, logo, mark, that identifies a brand or other proprietary right of any person living or deceased (including but not limited to rights of privacy or publicity or portrayal in a false light) or entity, contains personal information such as license plate numbers, names, email addresses or phone numbers, or is otherwise objectionable, will not be accepted and will disqualify the Entrant. The above list is not intended to be exhaustive. Sponsor may reject any Entry if in its sole discretion it deems the Entry to be inappropriate for inclusion in the Contest. Consistent with the foregoing restrictions, clothing worn or props/items used in the Photograph should not contain any visible logos, drawings, cartoons, phrases, trademarks or other third-party materials. Entrants may not copy or otherwise plagiarize the Entry Material from any source. Sponsor has the sole discretion to determine whether a Caption and Photograph qualifies as an Entry. All Entries must be the sole, original work of the Entrants, previously unpublished, and not previously submitted in any other contest or promotion (modifying, enhancing or altering a third party’s preexisting work does not qualify as an Entrant’s original work). By submitting an Entry, you (and your parent/guardian if you are a minor) hereby grant the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, assigns, licensees, designees and legal representatives the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide digital and other rights to use, reproduce, edit, market, store, distribute, have distributed, publicly and privately display, communicate, publicly and privately perform, transmit, have transmitted, create derivative works based upon, and promote the Entry or excerpts of the Entry (as such may be edited and modified by the Sponsor at its discretion) for editorial, commercial, promotional and all other purposes (including without limitation posting on Sponsor-affiliated websites, Social Media sites and/or other Sponsor-selected media) for up to one year after the Contest end date. In addition, you (and your parent/guardian if you are a minor) hereby assign to the Sponsor all rights, titles, and interests that you may be deemed to have in any reproduction, product, or derivative work using or incorporating the Entry. You (and your parent/guardian if you are a minor) further agree to waive any moral rights in the Entry.
- By entering the Contest, you (and your parent/guardian if you are a minor) understand and acknowledge that you will not now or in the future be paid or compensated in any way for your Entry or for granting the Sponsor any of the rights set out in these Official Rules. You (and your parent/guardian if you are a minor) further acknowledge that Sponsor is not obligated to make use of any of the rights granted in these Official Rules.
