- Prizes:
- First Prize (500): Each winner will receive one (1) Yes to Grapefruit CC Cream (1.4 oz.) product. ARV: $15.99 each.
- Grand Prize (1): Winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for two (2) to New York City (“Trip”). Trip includes round-trip coach class air transportation between an airport near winner’s home and New York City (if Grand Prize winner lives within 150 mile radius of New York City, in lieu of air transportation, round-trip ground transportation will be provided by Sponsor between Grand Prize winner’s home and hotel, and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value), 2 nights’ hotel accommodations (one standard room, double occupancy) in a hotel of Sponsor’s choosing; and one (1) $1,000 gift card. ARV: $3,000.
- Entry Limit: Entrants may enter a maximum of once per day during the Promotion Period. LIMIT ONE (1) PRIZE PER PERSON/FAMILY/HOUSEHOLD.
- Entry Dates: The Sweepstakes begins on or about 9:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on 9/17/13 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on 10/1/13 (“Promotion Period”). Administrator's computer is the official clock for this Sweepstakes.
- Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C., who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence, whichever is older) and who have an active e-mail account and Internet access as of 9/16/13. Employees, and immediate family members and household member of employees, of Yes To, Inc. (“Sponsor”), LeadDog Marketing Group, Inc. (“Administrator”), any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling or administering the Sweepstakes or supplying the prizes and/or each of their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, are not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not. Potential winners may be required to provide proof of eligibility upon request prior to prize award. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law.
