- Prizes:
- One (1) Grand Prize winner will be awarded one (1) The Home Depot gift card (“Gift Card”) of $ 200.00
- One (1) First Place winner will be awarded one (1) Gift Card of $100.00
- One (1) Second Place winner will be awarded one (1) Gift Card of $50
- Sixty-Six (66) Third Place winners will each be awarded one (1) Gift Card of $25.00 (Total ARV of prize category: $1,650.00).

- Entry Dates: Giveaway entry period begins September 3, 2013 at 12:00:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends September 13, 2013 at 11:59:59 P.M. EST. 9/13
- Eligibility: The Giveaway is intended for participation by legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age and/or of the age of majority in their state of residence and have a valid e-mail address. You may not participate if you are not a legal U.S. resident and physically located within the U.S. at the time of entry. Sponsor’s employees that directly administer this Giveaway, and employees, officers, directors and agents of Administrator and each of its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, sales representatives, distributors, retailers, advertising/promotion agencies including, without limitation, Brite Promotions and OfferPop (collectively, “Giveaway Parties”), and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, grandparents, siblings and their spouses) or household members of each are not eligible to enter this Giveaway or win a prize. Entrants must have Internet access as of the time of entry. Participation constitutes each entrant’s (“Entrant’s”) full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
