• Grand Prize (1): A Sponsor-selected $2,500 gift card mutually agreed upon between winner and Sponsor. 
• Entry Period Prize (30 total, 5 per Entry Period): A Sponsor-selected $250 gift card mutually agreed upon between winner and Sponsor.
• Entry Limit:  Limit one (1) Entry per person per Entry Period. I All Entries must be completed and submitted by 6:00 p.m. ET on November 8, 2013, to be eligible for the last Entry Period

• Entry Dates: The Knorr® What’s for Dinner Tonight Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins September 27, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends November 8, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. ET (the "Sweepstakes Period").
• Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of Conopco, Inc., d/b/a Unilever (the "Sponsor"), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively the "Sponsor and its Administrators"), and its affiliates and each of their respective employees, shareholders, directors, officers, members, assigns and agents and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate or win.
• How to enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, you ("Entrant") can enter the Sweepstakes through the "Sweepstakes" application on the "What’s for Dinner Tonight?" tab on www.facebook.com/Knorr. To enter, you must vote for your favorite recipe from the four (4) recipes onscreen and fill in required registration information to receive one (1) entry into that Entry Period’s Sweepstakes Drawing only, and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes Drawing (the "Entry"). Limit one (1) Entry per person per Entry Period. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the Entrant will be deemed the name appearing on the Entry. The Entry must be complete to be eligible and must be the property of the Entrant. All Entries submitted become the property of the Sponsor. All Entries must be completed and submitted by 6:00 p.m. ET on November 8, 2013, to be eligible for the last Entry Period Sweepstakes Drawing and the Grand Prize Sweepstakes Drawing. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by Entrants’ online service will apply.
