- Prizes: FOURTEEN (14) GRAND PRIZES: A $500 virtual Macy's gift code. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500. ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE (175) FIRST PRIZES: A $100 virtual Macy's gift code. ARV: $100. FIVE HUNDRED (500) SECOND PRIZES: A $50 virtual Macy's gift code. ARV: $50. FIVE THOUSAND FIFTY (5,050) THIRD PRIZE: A $10 virtual Macy's gift code. ARV: $10. Redemption of Prizes: Winning Codes may be used to purchase merchandise at any Macy's store or online at macys.com (US only), but may not be redeemed for cash, used to purchase Macy's gift cards/certificates, applied as payment or credit to a credit card account or used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion. Winning Codes expire October 31, 2013. Limit: One (1) Instant Win Game prize per person.
- Entry Limit: Each entrant may play ten (10) times per day during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.
- Entry Dates: The Instant Win Game begins on September 22, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on October 5, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) (the "Promotion Period"). Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Instant Win Game.
- Eligibility: Macy's Match & Win (the “Instant Win Game”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least sixteen (16) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and representatives of Macy’s Corporate Services, Inc., ePrize, Inc., as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Instant Win Game is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation in the Instant Win Game constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Instant Win Game. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
- Entry Methods: There are two (2) ways to participate in the Instant Win Game:
- Download The Macy's App: During the Promotion Period, use your smart phone, to download the Macy's App. Once you download the App, locate the Match&Win Instant Win Game link and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form, including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. Once you submit the form, you will automatically receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day and proceed to the Instant Win Game page. Follow the links and instructions to play the Instant Win Game. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed. Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be provided directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the Instant Win Game. Entrants who enter the Instant Win Game by a smart phone will be charged according to their carriers' standard data rates, and entrants should contact their carriers for pricing details.
- Online: During the Promotion Period, visit https://macys.promo.eprize.com/match/?affiliate_id=amoe and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form, including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. Once you submit the form, you will automatically receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day and proceed to the Instant Win Game page. Follow the links and instructions to play the Instant Win Game. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed.
