- Prizes: There will be one hundred and twenty six (126) grand prizes awarded. Each grand winner will receive a prize consisting solely of OshKosh B’gosh World’s Best Overalls defined as; a) one (1) pair of OshKosh B’gosh World’s Best Overalls sized from six months (“6M”) to five toddler (“5T”); b) one (1) bodysuit sized from 6M – twenty four months (“24M”) or one (1) knit top sized from two toddler (“2T”) – 5T (the “prize”).
- Entry Limit: There is a limit of one entry per person regardless of the method of entry
- Entry Dates: The Sweepstakes begins on 9/4/13 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), and ends on 9/24/13 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
- Eligibility: The Big Li’l B’gosh Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and United States territories (including APO/FPO military addresses), who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of The William Carter Company (the “Sponsor”), Wildfire Interactive, Inc. (“Wildfire”), and Universal Promotions, Inc. (“UPI”), as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning and receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance of these Official Rules and fulfilling all requirements.
