- Prizes:
- Grand Prize: Five grand prizes will be awarded, each consisting of: (a) one Vega One Nutritional Shake Starter Kit (one large tub of Vega One Nutritional Shake – French Vanilla, one large tub of Vega One Nutritional Shake – Chocolate, one box of Vega One Nutritional Bars - Chocolate Cherry, one Vega Shaker Cup, and one Vega Reusable Shopping Bag); (b) a one year supply of Silk® in the form of 26 coupons each redeemable for a free 64 ounce half gallon of Silk®, and (c) a one year supply of Justin's Nut Butter® in the form of 12 coupons each redeemable for a free 16 ounce jar (collectively, a “Grand Prize”). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $560.00.
- Second Prize: 400 prizes will be awarded, each consisting of one coupon redeemable for a free 64 ounce half gallon of Silk® (each, a “Second Prize”). ARV of each Second Prize: $4.99. Total ARV: $4,796.00. Odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
- Entry Limit: Limit of one (1) entry per Facebook User ID per day during Sweepstakes Period
- Entry Dates: The Silk® Smoothie Kit Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time (MT) on September 16, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. MT on September 20, 2013
- Eligibility: Internet access, Facebook account and valid e-mail address required to enter. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are age eighteen (18) or older at the time of entry. Void elsewhere and where prohibited by law. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor Employees, officers, directors and their immediate families (defined as parent, child, sibling, spouse) of Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates and agencies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a Prize. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
