- Prizes:
- SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of one (1) 2014 Corvette Stingray. Exact model to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Under no circumstances will more than the stated value be awarded. The difference of the stated prize value and the actual prize value, if any, will NOT be awarded.
- The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $65,000.00
- INSTANT WIN PRIZES (89): A total of Eighty-Nine (89) Instant Win Prizes will be awarded, as detailed below (one (1) prize per person):

- Entry Limit: Enter once per day.ADDITIONAL ENTRIES: Throughout the Promotion Period there will be various methods in which additional entries may be earned, as detailed below:
- Toys“R”Us Rewards Members who make an eligible purchase of a featured Hot Toy will earn ten (10) additional entries per purchase, per person throughout the Promotion Period.
- Toys“R”Us Rewards Members who make an eligible purchase of the featured Power Wheels Corvette will earn fifteen (15) additional entries per purchase, per person throughout the Promotion Period.
- Entrants who provide their mobile phone number for the Mobile Opt-In will earn one (1) additional entry. Limit of one (1) additional entry, via this method of entry, per person, per email address throughout the Promotion Period.
- RETURNING USERS: Returning Players can log in by simply filling in their email address and clicking the “Submit” button. Entrants are able to earn one (1) Sweepstakes entry and one (1) Instant Win gameplay per day throughout the Promotion Period.
- ONE2MANY: Entrants will be able to earn additional Sweepstakes Entries through the One2Many program. If sharing via social media, your friend/family member must click on your posted link to access the Sweepstakes. Your friend/family MUST be eligible and complete registration for you to earn additional Sweepstakes Entries.
- ENTRY LIMITATIONS: There will be a maximum limit of up to Two Hundred (200) total entries available per person, per email address throughout the Promotion Period
- Entry Dates: begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 23, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on October 28, 2013
- Eligibility: he Promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration. Employees of Toys“R”Us - Delaware, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Realtime Media LLC (“Administrator”) and employees of any Promotion Prize Providers, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, contest, fulfillment and marketing agencies, (collectively, “Promotion Parties”) their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges and Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
- How to enter:
- HOW TO PARTICIPATE: There are three (3) methods of entry available throughout the Promotion Period, as detailed below:
- ONLINE:To participate, go to http://www.toysrus.com/sweeps ("Website") during the Promotion Period to gain access to the Promotion entry form, if you haven’t done so previously. Enter the Promotion by completely entering the correct information on the registration form (required fields include: Full Name, Full Mailing Address and Email Address) with your true and correct information. Upon registering, entrants will earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Entrants will also earn one (1) gameplay for the memory match Instant Win game (“Game”). The Game will feature a twelve (12) card memory match, which entrants will click to reveal the image on the other side. The Game will have six (6) matching pairs in the game. The Game will be complete upon matching all six (6) pairs available. Upon completion, entrants are notified if they are a winner or loser. If entrant is a winner, they will be directed to redeem their prize by confirming their true and correct contact information. Upon completion, entrants will have the opportunity to share the Promotion with others, as detailed below. Limit of one (1) Instant Win gameplay per person, per email address, per day throughout the Promotion Period.
- TEXT MESSAGE (SMS): Standard Message and Data Rates may apply. Text the keyword “SWEEPS” to the short code “78697” in order to be directed to the registration page. If you select to participate via text message, you will receive a text message directing you to participate in the Promotion via the mobile website. The mobile website will be available at http://www.toysrus.com/sweeps. The Instant Win Game Play results will be displayed instantly. Entrants will be notified immediately if they are potential winners of the Instant Win Game. Winner of the Instant Win game will be provided their prize and instructions on how to redeem their prize. Additionally, you may receive several text messages in response to your original submission, including a message confirming your entry, legal disclaimer and options to receive future promotional messages from any of the Promotion Entities. Carrier specific charges for text messages may apply, depending on your individual cellular pricing plan, in accordance with your cellular customer agreement. SMS may not be available for all service providers or for all handsets. Cellular phone carrier’s instructions for text messaging may be different. Check your phone capabilities for specific instructions. The text message entry portion of this game works with most U.S cellular carriers and requires a two-way text messaging enabled cellular phone. Sponsor makes no guarantee that any particular wireless service provider will participate. Check with your service provider for details. By selecting to play via text messaging, the entrants grant permission to the Sponsor to notify them via return text message and must agree to accept all applicable charges associated therewith. Wireless service providers may charge entrants for each text message, including any error message that is sent and received in connection with the Game, based on the applicable wireless service plan. You are responsible for all applicable fees and taxes associated with placing an SMS entry. Sponsor in its sole discretion may add or delete a cellular carrier at any time, without notice
- MAIL IN: To enter without purchase, hand-print your name, age, street address, city, state, zip code and daytime phone number on a plain 3x5 inch paper. Mail your completed entry to Realtime Media, Attn: I Don’t Wanna Grow Up Sweepstakes Entry, 200 Four Falls Corporate Center, Suite 100, Conshohocken, PA 19428. Each entry must be mailed separately in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries. No responsibility is assumed for (i) technical, electronic, telephone, hardware, software or network, computer or data transmission errors, malfunctions or difficulties of any kind or (ii) any incorrect data contained in any sweepstakes entry. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than October 28, 2013 and received by November 4, 2013 to be eligible for the drawing. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Each mail-in entry received will earn Ten (10) additional Sweepstakes entries.
