- Prizes: Each day for the thirty–one (31) days of the Sweepstakes Period, fifty-eight (58) prizes will be available to be awarded, by random drawing from among all eligible entries received. A total of One-thousand, seven-hundred and ninety eight (1,798) prizes will be available to be awarded each consisting of: one (1) BIC® Lighter baseball hat (one size only; color and design may vary)

- Entry Dates: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 A.M. ET on October 21, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. ET on November 20, 2013 (the "Sweepstakes Period")
- Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, nineteen (19) years of age or older at the time of entry. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to win Prize: (a) employees or agents of Sponsor and Source Marketing (“Administrator”) and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, (b) individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for the Sweepstakes; and (c) persons who are in the immediate family of any person in any of the preceding categories (including mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son, spouse, grandmother, grandfather, children or grandchildren), regardless of where they live; or persons who reside in the same household, whether related or not, as any person in any of the preceding categories. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- How To Enter: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 A.M. ET on October 21, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. ET on November 20, 2013 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes Period will be divided into daily entry periods (each, a “Daily Entry Period”), with each Daily Entry Period beginning at 12:00:00 AM ET and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET. To enter, (a) visit the BIC Pocket Lighters page on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/bicflickers during the Sweepstakes Period; (b) click on the “Battle Of The BIC Lighters ” tab; (c) if you have not previously done so, “Like” the page; (d) click the “Enter Now” box to enter the sweepstakes; (e) complete the entry form fully and accurately with all the required information; (f) fill in security Captcha code information; (g) read and accept the Official Rules; and (h) submit the entry by hitting the “Submit” button. Every day during the Sweepstakes Period, you can return to the BIC Pocket Lighters page on Facebook and enter for a chance to win a daily prize. Limit of one (1) entry per person/email per Daily Entry Period. During a Daily Entry Period, multiple entries, mass entries and entries generated by script macro or other automated means or by any means that subvert the entry process will be void.
