Prizes: There will be four grand prizes, four first prizes, four second prizes and four third prizes awarded, for a total of sixteen prizes awarded. Each grand prize winner will receive a prize consisting solely of a Carter’s Gift Card (the “Gift Card”) with a value of seven hundred fifty dollars ($750), each first prize winner will receive a prize consisting solely of a Gift Card with a value of two hundred fifty dollars ($250), each second prize winner will receive a prize consisting solely of a Gift Card with a value of one hundred seventy five dollars ($175), and each third prize winner will receive a prize consisting solely of a Gift Card with a value of fifty dollars ($50). The total ARV of all prizes is four thousand nine hundred dollars ($4,900)
Entry Limit: . There is a limit of one entry per person regardless of the method of entry.
Entry Dates: The Sweepstakes begins on 10/17/13 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), and ends on 11/15/13 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Eligibility: The Carter’s Wish Big Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and United States territories (including APO/FPO military addresses) and Puerto Rico, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of The William Carter Company (the “Sponsor”), Wildfire Interactive, Inc. (“Wildfire”), and Universal Promotions, Inc. (“UPI”), as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning and receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance of these Official Rules and fulfilling all requirements.
How To Enter:

There are two (2) methods of entry. There is a limit of one entry per person regardless of the method of entry. All eligible entries will be automatically entered into subsequent Entry Periods (see chart below under Rule #5) based on the date an entrant’s entry was received. A. Online Method of Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, an entrant can enter the Sweepstakes through the Sweepstakes application on the Carter’s Facebook page (www.facebook.com/carters). If an entrant has not already “Like” the Carter’s Facebook page, entrant must first click on the “Like” button in order to access the Sweepstakes application.
B. Telephone Method of Entry: To enter without an Online Method of Entry during the Sweepstakes Period an entrant may call Toll-Free 1-877-642-5666. An entrant must leave an intelligible message with his/her full name, daytime phone number, and the name of the Sweepstakes in English. Entrant should speak slowly and clearly when providing the above mentioned information.
