- Entry Limit: There is no limit to the number of submissions that may be submitted per participant of the contest. LIMIT ONE PRIZE PER PERSON/EMAIL ADDRESS/HOUSEHOLD.
- Entry Dates: The Promotion begins at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time ("PST") on October 30th, 2013 and ends at 8:00 p.m. PST on October 30th, 2013 (the "Entry Period").Thus the contest eligibility period is strictly limited to the hours indicated on the single date in question.
- Eligibility: The Physicians Formula “Win a Free Product!” Promotion #1 (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and located in the U.S. at the time of entry. Void elsewhere and where prohibited by law. Entrants residing in any locality where this contest would not be deemed legal are not eligible. Employees, contractors, directors or officers of either Physicians Formula, Inc. (“Sponsor”), or of Physicians Formula’s respective parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies, distributors, brokers and licensees, or of the advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the development and administration of the Promotion (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), as well as the immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and spouse of each) or those living in the same households of the preceding, are not eligible to enter or win.
