- Prizes: (4,416): Each winner will receive a prize package that includes a PlayStation® 4 system, one copy of the Knack™ game and a 1 Year PlayStation®Plus Membership. The ARV of each prize package is $509.97. The total number of prizes awarded in this Game will not exceed 4,416. Limit one (1) prize per person/household.
- Entry Limit: Regardless of how many Codes are obtained by an entrant, the method used to acquire the Codes, or the method of Game Play, there is a limit of one (1) Game Play per entrant each day during the Game Period. A “day” is defined as starting at 12:00 AM ET and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET on a calendar day, except on September 26, 2013, when a day starts at 12:00 PM (noon) ET.
- Entry Dates: The Game begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 26, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on November 10, 2013 (“Game Period”). The Administrator’s computer is the Game’s official clock.
- Eligibility: To enter the Sweepstakes you must be: (i) a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; and (ii) at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the date of participation AND (iii) have access to Lifetime® prior to learning of this Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor (as defined in Paragraph 11 below), Mary Kay, Inc. (“Promotional Partner”), and all of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensors, distributors, divisions (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, Mary Kay independent beauty consultants and agents, and members of their immediate families and members of their household and those winners who have won a grand prize in any Sponsor-related sweepstakes/promotion in the twelve (12) months prior to the start of the Sweepstakes Period (as defined below) are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
- HOW TO PLAY THE GAME: During the Game Period, upon obtaining a Code or an Online Code, an entrant must play the Game using one (1) of the following two (2) methods (a “Game Play”): A. Text Message: During the Game Period, an entrant must send a text message from his/her wireless mobile device to the short code 22854 (“Short Code”) with a valid Code or Online Code. Message and data rates may apply to all messages sent and received. Your mobile carrier may put these charges on your mobile bill or may deduct them from your prepaid account. User will receive 1 text message back for every message sent to short code 22854. For each valid text message received, subject to the limit of one (1) Game Play per entrant each day, an entrant will receive one (1) “Game Play”. If it is the entrant’s first Game Play, the entrant will be sent a follow up text message asking the entrant to confirm his/her date of birth and to agree to these Official Rules. Upon completion of a Game Play, the entrant will receive a notification text as to whether or not he/she is a potential winner (“Game Notification”). IMPORTANT: An entrant may, at any time, choose to stop participating in this Game by sending an opt-out text message stating STOP to the Short Code 22854. If an entrant sends an opt-out text message, he/she will be sent a reply text message, which will provide that he/she has been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. If an entrant sends a text message stating HELP to the Short Code 22854, he/she will be sent a reply text message, which will include a link to these Official Rules. Each text message entry must be manually key-stroked/entered by the entrant. If it is the entrant’s first visit to the Website, then he/she must complete and submit the registration form by providing the following information, including but not limited to: complete first and last name (initials are not permitted), telephone number, address, city, state and ZIP Code. The entrant will then be prompted to click the button to obtain a Game Play. Upon completion of the Game Play, the entrant will receive a Game Notification on the Website screen. Sponsors will also notify the potential winners via e-mail using the e-mail address provided by the entrant during registration. Regardless of method of Game Play, each entrant who receives a “win” message will be deemed a potential winner pending confirmation and verification of the entrant’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsors in their sole and absolute discretion. Except for the Online Code, each Code may only be used once. - HOW TO OBTAIN A CODE: During the Game Period, an eligible entrant must obtain an entry code (“Code”) using one (1) of the following three (3) methods. Entrants may only obtain a Code either through a legitimate restaurant purchase or for free as described below. Codes may not be sold, bartered or transferred. Codes are void if not obtained through authorized means. Each Code is valid for one (1) Game Play, as defined in Section 4, throughout the Game Period.A. Make a Purchase: Eligible consumers who purchase a specially-marked Taco Bell $5 Buck Box or Big Box from a participating Taco Bell restaurant during the Game Period, while supplies last, will receive one (1) Code printed on the Taco Bell $5 Buck Box or Big Box. Not all Taco Bell restaurants will participate in the Game. B. Without a Purchase (Mail-In Code Request): To obtain a Code without making a purchase from September 26, 2013 through October 28, 2013, an eligible consumer must legibly hand write his/her full name (no initials), complete street address, age, and valid e-mail address on a 3½” x 5” properly stamped postcard and mail it to: Taco Bell and PlayStation Play The Future First Instant Win Game Code Request, P.O. Mail-in requests will not be returned and no further correspondence will be entered into. Mail-in requests must be original and hand-written. No mechanical reproductions allowed. C. Without a Purchase (Online Code Request): Between 12:00 AM (midnight) ET on October 29, 2013 and 11:59:59 PM ET on November 10, 2013, an eligible consumer must click here to obtain one (1) entry code (“Online Code”). No more than one (1) Online Code may be obtained through this method.
