- Prizes: Prizes/Drawings: During the Promotion Period, each Tuesday, on a weekly basis for four weeks beginning on October 8, 2013, Sponsor’s computer program will randomly select from among all eligible entries for the sweepstakes: Fifty (50) Entrants (“DER FOOD Prize Winners”), each of whom will be eligible to receive a GrubHub Free Grub code in the amount of ten dollars ($10.00) (“DER FOOD Prize”), and One hundred fifty (150) Entrants (“DER DRINK Prize Winners”), each of whom will be eligible to receive a GrubHub Stein (“DER DRINK Prize”). Entrants considered for the DER FOOD Prize and DER DRINK Prize shall include all entries submitted from the beginning of the Promotion Period through the day before the weekly DER FOOD Prize Winners and DER DRINK Prize Winners are selected. On October 29, 2013, Sponsor’s computer program will randomly select from among all eligible entries the following: One (1) Entrant (“Sub-Über Winner”) who will be eligible to receive a GrubHub Free Grub code in the amount of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) (“Sub-Über Prize”); and One (1) Entrant (“Über Winner”) who will be eligible to receive a GrubHub Free Grub code in the amount of one thousand five hundred sixty dollars ($1560.00) (“Über Prize”).
- Entry Limit: Entry is limited to one entry per person per 24-hour period during the Promotion Period
- Entry Dates: The Sweepstakes begins on October 1, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) and ends on October 28, 2013 at 11:59 p.m.
- Eligibility: The Grubtoberfeast® Sweepstakes the “Sweepstakes” is open only to current US residents who are 18 years or older in the geographic areas listed below. GrubHub, Inc. (“GrubHub”) (or “Sponsor”) staff and their immediate family members (parents, children, spouses, siblings) and members of the same household are not eligible to accept prizes. The Sweepstakes and entrants' participation is subject to Sponsor's Terms of Use (http://www.grubhub.com/termsofuse/) and Privacy Policy (http://www.grubhub.com/legal/#privacyAgreement), which are incorporated as part of these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant's (“Entrant”) full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein and Sponsor verification.

- How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, visit the Grubtoberfeast Sweepstakes Tab on GrubHub’s Facebook® Fan page. During the Promotion Period, to submit an entry form, Entrant must do the following: (a) go to the Grubtoberfeast Sweepstakes Tab onGrubHub’s Facebook® Fan page (https://www.facebook.com/grubhub); and (b) follow the on-screen instructions on the entry form (“Entry Form”). If you are not yet a fan of GrubHub’s Facebook® Fan page, then you must select the "Like" button to become a fan in order to access the Grubtoberfeast Sweepstakes Tab. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. To enter via the GrubHub’s Facebook® Fan page you must be a registered user of Facebook and comply with the Statement of Rights and Responsibilities found at https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms. To the extent of any conflict between these Official Rules and the Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, these Official Rules will apply. If, in the opinion and sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor, any entry violates any law, rule or regulation or infringes upon the rights of any third party, is inaccurate, illegible, incomplete or irregular in any way, or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may disqualify the entry. This Sweepstakes may be cancelled in the event that, in the sole discretion of Sponsor, an insufficient number of eligible entries are received. Entry is limited to one entry per person per 24-hour period during the Promotion Period. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook®.
- Postcard method of entry. During the Promotion Period, Entrants may alternatively submit an Entry Form by sending a postcard postmarked during the Promotion Period, and received by Sponsor no later than October 28, 2013, to Sponsor including all the following accurate information (collectively, “Postcard Entry”):
- The Entrant’s first and last name
- The Entrant’s email address
- The Entrant’s date of birth
- The Entrant’s street address, city and zip code
- A statement in substantially the following form: “Please enter my name in the Grubtoberfeast Sweepstakes for me.”
- Postcard Entry is limited to one entry per person per calendar day during the Promotion Period. Each Postcard Entry must be mailed separately. Multiple Postcard Entries delivered in a single envelope will be disqualified. On delivery of postcard entry, sponsor will submit Entrant’s name in the sweepstakes. Entrants must have a valid, active free GrubHub account to participate in the Sweepstakes and to redeem Prizes.
