- One (1) grand prize winner will be randomly selected from among the total online entry forms. The Grand prize consists of: A 3-day/2-night trip for winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, CA. Prize includes two (2) roundtrip coach-class air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from a major airport near the winner’s home (to be determined solely by Sponsor) within the Eligibility Area (defined below) to Los Angeles, CA, 3 days/2 consecutive nights single standard double-occupancy hotel room accommodations at a Los Angeles area in-market hotel to be selected by Sponsor (room and room tax only), roundtrip ground transportation between Los Angeles airport and hotel, $500 gift card (selected by Sponsor) and a Black Opal Best Man Holiday collection selected by Sponsor
- Twenty-five (25) second prize winners will be randomly selected from among the total online entry forms. The twenty-five (25) second prizes will each consist of: “The Best Man Holiday” Collection: Color Splurge Eye shadow Duo in Tawny Tease, Color Splurge Patent Lips in Dynamo, Color Splurge Lustre Gloss in Flirt, Mini Invisible Oil Blocking Powder, Automatic Eye Definer pencil in Coffee Bean, Brow Defining kit, Boldacious Lengths Mascara and cosmetic bag.
- Entry Limit: One (1) entry per person allowed.
- Entry Dates: starts at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 14, 2013 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on November 17, 2013
- Eligibility: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, 21 years of age and older, at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and outside of the U.S. Employees of Sponsor, Universal City Studios, LLLP, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively “Sweepstakes Entities”), and the immediate families or household members (whether related or not) of each are not eligible.
