- Prizes: A total of one hundred ninety-six (196) prizes will be awarded during the Giveaway Period, each prize consisting of an outdoor jacket of the winner’s choosing from one of the following fourteen US brands: (1) Arc’teryx – ARV of $165; (2) Astis – ARV of $195; (3) Black Diamond® – ARV of $159; (4) Cabela’s® – ARV of $99.99-$104.99; (5) DragonWear® – ARV of $179.99; (6) Eddie Bauer® – ARV of $279; (7) Flylow – ARV of $499; (8) Giro – ARV of $350; (9) Marmot® – ARV of $225; (10) Oakley® – ARV of $350; (11) Patagonia® – ARV of $199; (12) Stio™ – ARV of $145; (13) Sugoi® – ARV of $75-$100; and (14) The North Face® – ARV of $190 (each a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”). Each brand will offer fourteen (14) jackets only. The winners will be able to choose from the jackets, by brand, on a first come, first served basis, subject to availability of the jacket. Once a brand’s fourteen (14) jackets are selected by the winners, no additional jackets from that brand will be available for selection, and the winner must choose from one of the brands with jackets remaining. A winner’s ability to select a particular brand’s jacket as the winner’s Prize is subject to availability of the jacket. The total ARV of all Prizes to be awarded in this Giveaway is $43,973.72. ONLY ONE PRIZE WILL BE AWARDED PER ENTRANT.
- Entry Limit: There is a limit of one Giveaway entry per Entrant per day during the Giveaway Period.
- Entry Dates: The Giveaway starts October 14, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) and ends October 27, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. EDT (the “Giveaway Period”).
- Eligibility: Except where regulated or restricted by law, the Fourteen Jackets Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to those legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (void in Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited or restricted by law). Employees of Polartec, LLC. (“Sponsor”) and its parent and affiliate companies, suppliers as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all the requirements set forth in the Official Rules. Must be 18 years or older to enter.
