- Prizes: twenty five (25) prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is $1,250. b. A Prize consists of and is limited to one (1) S&W Beans “Chili Kit”, which consists of and is limited to one (1) the following: (1) slow cooker, (1) ladle, recipes, magnetic grocery list, (3) cans of S&W Beans product, and (1) can strainer (all prize items as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV of Prize is $50.00.
- Entry Limit: One (1) entry per person in this Sweepstakes
- Entry Dates:The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 12:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on October 7, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT November 3, 2013 (the “Entry Period”).
- Eligibility: The Faribault Foods, Inc. “S&W Beans Chili Palooza Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) is only open to entrants who, as of the entry date, are legal residents of the United States or the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old. The Sweepstakes is void outside the United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers and directors of Faribault Foods, Inc. (“Sponsor”), The Zimmerman Group (“Administrator”), Pancake Laboratories, Inc. (“Application Provider”), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families (defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings, grandparents, and their respective spouses) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of each such employee, officer and director, are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes, and any website pages and advertisements relating thereto, is intended for viewing only within the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, and entrants must be present in the eligible sweepstakes territory at the time they enter.
- How To Enter: There is one (1) way to enter the Sweepstakes as described below. To enter, locate the Sweepstakes tab found on the S&W Beans Fan Page at http://www.facebook.com/SWBeans, click on the Sweepstakes tab and click that you “Like” the page and then accept the Sweepstakes application (the “Application”). “Liking” the page is only necessary to gain access to the Application and does not constitute an entry in the Sweepstakes. If you already “Like” the page, you may proceed with the entry process by accepting the Application. Once you have accepted the Application, completely fill out the entry form (which requires an entrant to provide contact information and answer two (2) survey questions) and submit it in accordance with the on-screen instructions. You must complete all required information to be eligible to enter to win a prize.
