- Entry Limit: LIMIT: One game play per Calendar Day per person. A Calendar Day is defined as the time between 12:00 a.m. ET and 11:59 p.m. ET
- Entry Dates: The TINKERTOY® Win-in-a-Snap Game and Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) begins on Monday, September 9, 2013 at 11:59 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), and ends on Sunday, October 20, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET
- Eligibility: This Promotion is open to all permanent, legal U.S. and Canadian residents currently domiciled in the U.S. or Canada (except those of Puerto Rico, U.S. territories or possessions, and the Province of Quebec), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (for U.S. participants), or have reached the age of majority in his or her province of residence (for Canadian participants), at the time of entry . Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, prize suppliers, and each of their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, sales representatives, retailers, printers, individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials, their advertising and promotions agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Promotion agents (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and each of their immediate family members and/or people living in the same household are not eligible to participate. All eligibility is subject to all federal, state, Canadian federal and provincial, and local laws and regulations.
- How To Enter: During the Promotion Period, Facebook members may enter the Promotion through the TINKERTOY® application on the Facebook Platform. To enter the Promotion during the Promotion Period: ( 1) visit http://www.facebook.com (the "Facebook Site") and log into your Facebook account; (2) visit the TINKERTOY® Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/tinkertoy; and ( 3) click on the Promotion tab. You can only enter the Promotion through the application located in the Promotion tab. Timeline post comments, post likes, post shares, Timeline tags, Page comments, and Page messages do not count as a valid entry in the Promotion. As a part of your Entry, entrant must "Like" the TINKERTOY® page via the Promotion application and allow the Promotion access to his/her full name, email address, and date of birth. Once the entrant allows the Promotion application, he/she will be able to play the Win-in-a-Snap Game and enter into the Sweepstakes.
