Possible Free $10 Amazon.com Gift Card For Completing Survey. Please note, this may not work for everybody. This worked for me in Google Chrome with no problems, might not work for mobile users.

1. Click here
2. Click "Artist Profile" under the Artist Description, then click back
3. Click "Artist Profile" under a different artist this time
4. You should see a pop up like the one above that asks if you want to take the survey for $10.
5. If it doesn't Pop up for you after the second time, click back and do it again, keep trying until it pops up. Repeat the same artists if you have to as well.
6. Gift card will be emailed to you after 2 weeks
