Prizes: There will be a total of four (4) Grand Prizes awarded to Eligible Entrants, as determined by Seiko. There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner from each drawing. Each Grand Prize Winner is eligible to receive one (1) free Seiko watch of their choosing from the Fall 2013 Seiko Watch Catalog having a retail value of not more than $550.00. Grand Prize winners will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone at Seiko’s sole discretion. There will be a total of one hundred (100) Runner Up prizes awarded to Eligible Entrants, as determined by Seiko. There will be twenty-five (25) Runner Up winners from each drawing. Each of the Runner Up winners will be eligible to win a supplemental prize consisting of a Seiko travel clock Model No. QHT011KLH having an approximate retail value of $27.50
Entry Limit: Limit one entry per person
Entry Dates: The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 1, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2013 (the “Promotion Period”).
Eligibility: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Open only to legal residents of the 50 states of the United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico (‘U.S.”), St. Croix and St. Thomas, who are 18 years of age or older (each eligible participant referred to herein as “Entrant”). Employees of SEIKO Corporation of America (“Seiko” or “Sponsor”), its subsidiaries, affiliates, parent, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies and members of the immediate families and persons living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter the Contest. Any determination of eligibility will be made by Sponsor whose decisions are final. All entries must be submitted in accordance with these Official Rules, as determined by Seiko in its sole discretion, and shall be collectively referred to hereinafter as “Eligible Entries”.
