- Obtain a Qualifying Best Buy gift card as defined below during the Promotion Period:
- (i) Purchase a physical Best Buy gift card valued at $25 or more at a participating Best Buy or Best Buy Mobile retail location in the 50 U.S./D.C. (excluding Puerto Rico) or at BestBuy.com, or purchase a Best Buy e-gift card valued at $25 or more at a Best Buy Express retail location in the 50 U.S./D.C. (excluding Puerto Rico) or at BestBuy.com (e-gift card purchases facilitated through CashStar); or
- (ii) Receive a Best Buy physical gift card or e-gift card valued at $25 or more at a participating Best Buy or Best Buy Mobile retail location in the 50 U.S./D.C. (excluding Puerto Rico) or at BestBuy.com when you redeem an eligible Best Buy offer (subject to the terms and conditions of that offer) or trade-in product (subject to the Best Buy Trade-In Program terms and conditions) (each, a “Qualifying Gift Card”). Please Note: Gift cards given as store credit through the Best Buy Return and Exchange Policy, purchased or given via business to business and small business purposes, purchased from third party locations (other than BestBuy.com e-gift card purchases facilitated through CashStar), awarded through customer loyalty and employer sponsored programs, awarded through Best Buy Mobile gift card reserve offers, or received as a prize during the Promotion Period are NOT valid for Sweepstakes entry.
- After obtaining a Qualifying Gift Card, enter the Sweepstakes in one (1) of two (2) ways:
- (i) Via Best Buy Application: Download or launch the free Best Buy Application from the Apple iTunes store or Google Play (Android Market), provided you have a qualifying Apple iPhone or Android operating system as defined in the Best Buy Application terms and conditions; tap the menu icon (top left); tap the “Give It To Win It” icon; scan the barcode on the back of the physical Qualifying Gift Card; complete the Official Online Entry Form, including first and last name, city, state, daytime phone number and e-mail address; and accept the Official Rules and click the “submit” button; or
- (ii) Via Online Entry Form: Visit www.BestBuy.com/GiveToWin and indicate if you obtained your gift card in store or online. If you have a Qualifying Gift Card which is physical, enter and confirm the gift card number found by scratching off the gray box on the back of your gift card or the customer service number found on the gift card transaction receipt. If you have a Qualifying Gift Card which is an e-gift card, enter and confirm the order number found on the order confirmation email. Then complete the Official Online Entry Form, including first and last name, city, state, daytime phone number and e-mail address; and accept the Official Rules and click the “submit” button. Please Note: If you provided the customer service number found on the gift card transaction receipt for in store purchase or the order number found on the order confirmation email for online purchase, and have purchased multiple Qualifying Gift Cards within that individual transaction, then up to ten (10) Qualifying Gift Cards in that transaction will be automatically entered for one (1) entry each into that Daily Sweepstakes.
