Duracell AA or AAA Advanced Battery Lawsuit Settlement: Get up to $6 Back Without Receipts or $12 Back With Receipts. You can qualify for the settlement if you purchased AA or AAA Duracell brand Ultra Advanced and/or Ultra Power batteries at any time after June 2009. If you have proof of purchase, such as a register receipt or documentation showing the purchase and price paid for the batteries, you may claim $3 per pack of Duracell Ultra Batteries for up to four packs (a total of up to $12). Class Members who submit a valid Claim Form without proof of purchase may claim $3 per pack of Duracell Ultra Batteries for up to two packs (a total of up to $6). This ends April 2014, and payments will be made months after that, so please be patient on waiting for the payment.
