2. Load the page up and fill out your info. Use the clock below and submit the form at 3PM Eastern (2 Central, 1 Mountain, 12 Noon Pacific)
3. Daily Winners from Day 1, Day 3, Day 4, Day 5, Day 6, Day 7. Day 8 and Day 9 (one thousand two hundred (1,200) total) will each be mailed one (1) voucher redeemable for any VO5® Salon Series™ shampoo or conditioner. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each voucher is $1.99. 
4. Daily Winners from Day 2 and Day 10 (three hundred (300) total) will each be mailed one (1) voucher redeemable for any VO5® Salon Series™ Treatment, up to $4.99. The ARV of each voucher is $4.99.
