• Prizes: 
• Five (5) Grand Prizes: A scooter awarded in the form of a check for $3,300.00. ARV: $3,300 each. 
• Ten (10) First Prizes: A bicycle awarded in the form of a check for $380.00. ARV: $380.00 each. 
• Fifty (50) Second Prizes: A messenger bag awarded in the form of a check for $140.00. ARV: $140.00 each.  
• One hundred (100) Third Prizes: A Nutcase helmet. ARV: $60.00 each. 
• Five thousand (5,000) Offers: A $5.00 e-coupon for Angie’s product. ARV: $5.00 each. Total ARV of all prizes/offers: $58,300.00. Administrator will conduct three random drawings on or about January 31, 2014, March 31, 2014 and May 2, 2014 (each, a “Drawing”) from all eligible entries timely received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the day prior to the Drawing.
