The "outcome" of the Mission will be determined by the final and official determination made by Punxsutawney Phil in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania on 2/2/14 (the "Outcome"). At the end of the Mission Period, each participant (up to 7,500) who correctly predicted the Outcome with his or her eligible tweet will receive a prize, as long as he or she signs up as a Beta member as specified in Section 5.
