Gifts (up to 10,000 for all eight (8) Fire Drills; 1,250 per each Fire Drill): The gift, except for residents of California, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Virginia, is one (1) $25.00 pre-paid gift card (“Gift”). NOTE FOR RESIDENTS OF CALIFORNIA, PENNSYLVANIA, TEXAS, AND VIRGINIA: The gift for California residents is a $3 pre-paid gift card; the Gift for Texas residents is a $1 pre-paid gift card; the Gift for Pennsylvania residents is a $15 pre-paid gift card; and the Gift for Virginia residents is a $10 pre-paid gift card. One thousand two hundred fifty (1,250) Gifts will be available in each Fire Drill, up to 10,000 Gifts during the entire Promotion Period assuming that there are eight (8) Fire Drills. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Gift is $25.00 ($3 for CA Gift recipients, $1 for TX Gift recipients, $15 for PA Gift recipients, and $10 for VA Gift recipients).
