2. After you create an account you will pick your Free item. You can choose a pre-printed design or a custom design

2. CLICK HERE If you want to upload your own photo. After you upload  your photo you will be able to customize the size and how many times it shows up etc.. Once you are done click click "Go For It" in the green Box under the add to cart button where it says free Sport Lycra Swatch. it will add to cart and then just checkout (you must be logged in or the button won't click)
