2. On the next page choose the Monthly Subscription on the left for $29, fill out the info click continue.
3. On the next screen fill our your child's name and age then pick , girl boy or neural, then click continue
4. Ok so now the fun part. Some people may show a free box with free shipping, if you do then great, enter your credit card info and checkout. IF YOU DON'T GET FREE SHIPPING then it will say either $2.95 or $4.95. If you do get a pop up for shipping then what you can do is close out of all your browsers and try the process again from step 1 using a different email address and hopefully you will get free shipping on the next try. It may take a couple of tries, and it is also possible you may never get the free shipping to pop up, however if you do it a few times you SHOULD get the free shipping.
5. If you no longer wish to get any more boxes after the first one you can cancel by emailing customercare@citruslane.com or filling out the cancellation form here. You will still receive any boxes that you have already paid for, but your subscription will not be renewed when it expires. Be sure to cancel before the 1st of the month (11:59pm Pacific on the last day of the previous month), before we begin our monthly billing cycle and start prepping your next box for shipment.
