One (1) Grand Prize: Winter supply of hay up to a maximum value of $10,000. The actual amount awarded will be determined based on winner’s winter hay supply (not to exceed $10,000). Winner will be required to provide an invoice for their winter hay supply. Prize will be paid directly to winner’s hay vendor upon vendor’s presentation of invoice. If winner has already paid for winner’s supply of winter hay, prize will be paid directly to winner upon presentation of paid invoice; provided, however, that hay must have been purchased by winner with the last ninety (90) days. If winner’s requirement of winter hay is/was under $10,000, winner’s hay vendor (or winner, as applicable) will receive a check in the amount of the actual hay purchased. There is no cash alternative to the prize. If the potential winner decides to decline his/her prize for any reason the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner from among all remaining eligible entries received, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Maximum Approximate Retail Value: $10,000.
