- Enter Emergency Contact info. You MUST fill it in for these three: Neighbor, Out of Town Contact and Family Doctor #1. You don't fill in all 3 it won't let you proceed. Click Next
- Fill in Meeting place, click next, same for evaluation plan, click next.
- Then click Create my plan and you are done.
- There is NO confirmation on the screen that you are getting the freebie, however everybody that creates a plan will get it. They had this last time and send a really nice car emergency kit.
- Don't pay attention to the number that says 21,117 Plans create, that number is still from last year. The 2,300 kits for this year have not been claimed yet.
