Walgreens has the Huawei Glory Android 4.0 NET10 Phone on clearance for $7.99 (Reg $34.99). The price is NOT marked in store, so you will have to have them scan it to see the lower price. As well, with any clearance deal, there is no guarantee that your store will have it in stock or even on sale - but most will. These phones are great to use for Internet, MP3 Player or anything else like that, you do not have to activate them in order to use them over wifi. Great for the kids.
