- Click here scroll down and click Request Sample. Fill out your info. You may have to click the TAB key to see the JOIN NOW after you type in your info.
- After you make an account, sign out and sign back in. Then click request Sample again once you have logged back in. The button will then say Sample Requested.
- If the form is stuck in the top of the page put your mouse on it, highlight something and drag it up to see the whole form.
