1. Click here sign in, click send to a friend. 
2. They will ask you to choose somebody you FOLLOW on Twitter to send it too (if you don't follow them yet then follow the person before you do this). You must type in their name and it will show up. It can be a little confusing because it goes by the name on their Twitter account, not their user name. So make sure to type in the name they use on their Twitter so you can find them
