Upload a photo of your car you want to win a painting of (see guidelines below) The entrant may only submit a Photo that shows a picture of a car. The Photo may also include the car owner and immediate family members
You can upload multiple DIFFERENT photos for different entries, cannot enter with the same photo again

One Hundred (100) Grand Prize (40 per drawings #1 and #2, 20 prizes drawing #3): custom, unframed 8″ x 10″ motor oil painting of the Photo submitted into the Sweepstakes. ARV: $50

Photo Guidelines and Restrictions:

The entrant may only submit a Photo that shows a picture of a car. The Photo may also include the car owner and immediate family members;
(i) The Photo cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind or exhibited or displayed publicly through any means;
(ii) The Photo must be the entrant’s own original work or a photo that the entrant has all rights to post for purposes of this Sweepstakes;
(iii) The Photo must be 1 megabyte or smaller, must be in JPEG or .jpg format, PNG or .png format, GIF or .gif format, and must be at least 576 x 720 pixels wide (if a horizontal image) and 72 dpi or 576 x 720 pixels tall and 72 dpi (if a vertical image); and
(iv) The Photo may not have borders, frames, watermarks, signatures or copyright notices.

Content Restrictions For All Photos (collectively, the “Content Restrictions”):

(i) The Photo must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;
(ii) The Photo must not contain images or artwork not created by entrant, other than Sponsor’s logos, brand names, trademarks or images;
(iii) The Photo must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortuous, defamatory, slanderous or libelous. No nudity, lewd or vulgar behavior;
(iv) The Photo must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
(v) The Photo must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state where Photo is created;
(vi) The Photo must not contain the name, likeness or image of any person under the age of 18 years, unless the entrant has the permission of the parent/legal guardian of any minor(s) featured in the Photo to post the Photo for purposes of this Sweepstakes;
(vii) The entrant must be able to provide on request all appropriate clearances, permissions and releases for the Photo, including releases from all persons appearing or named in the Photo (In the event an entrant cannot provide all required releases, Sponsor reserves the right, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to disqualify the applicable Photo, or seek to secure the releases and clearances for Sponsor’s benefit, or allow the applicable Photo to remain in Sweepstakes); and
(viii) Photo must comply with Method Of Entry (Facebook, Twitter or Instagram) Terms and Policies and the Sponsor’s Terms of Use.
