Terms: The Program offers you the ability to send a BOLD bundle inclusive of the new Blue Diamond Sriracha flavored almonds, a t-shirt, sunglasses, a foldable beach bag, a “Be BOLD” sticker, and a party popper, – contained in a box similar in size to that of an average shoebox - (“Gift”) to your family members and friends (each a “Friend” and collectively, “Friends”). In order for us to send your Friend a Gift, you must provide us with your Friend’s name, mailing address and a note (if you choose to) sharing why you are sending this to them. We will only send Gifts to residents of the fifty contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. We will not send Gifts to residents outside of the continental United States. Allow three to five weeks for delivery of Gift. We reserve the right to limit one Gift sent by mail by any person or to any Friend, in our sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor anticipates offering up to 750 Gifts but this is subject to change at Sponsor's sole discretion.
